What started as conversations then a self-published book, has now evolved into — flexible, church-friendly resources designed to support small groups, and entire congregations in engaging Lent with intention and openness.
This offering provides a framework for daily reflection and communal conversation—meeting people where they are and inviting them into deeper awareness of God’s presence in their lives. 40 Day Reset can be leveraged in a variety of ways: as a companion Lent journey book within small groups, or as a part of Women’s Day Gatherings in large or small, in-person or hybrid settings.
Our hope is simple: to support you in creating space for reflection, renewal, and shared spiritual practice during Lent—so that the season feels meaningful, accessible, and spiritually nourishing for those you serve.

Virtual 40 Day Reset Workshop
One hour long live, interactive online gathering that introduces the Reset framework, with guided engagement by a Christian Coach. The session guides the participants through the three sections of the book - physical, spiritual and mental. The workshop includes signed copies of the book, the virtual meeting link and a promotion guide priced at $300 for up to twenty participants.
